Dear FACE Members,
As part of our ongoing efforts to manage operating expenses responsibly while continuing to provide quality training, certification programs, conferences, and member services, the Florida Association of Code Enforcement (FACE) will implement a 3% credit card processing surcharge effective July 1, 2026.
This surcharge will apply to payments made by credit card and is intended to help offset a portion of the increasing costs associated with credit card processing fees that FACE incurs each year. The fee will be added at the time of payment and will be clearly identified during the checkout process.
FACE remains committed to being good stewards of the Association's resources while maintaining the high level of service and educational opportunities our members have come to expect. By implementing this surcharge, we can help ensure that more of our membership dues, conference revenues, and program funds are directed toward serving our members rather than processing expenses.
Members who wish to avoid the surcharge may continue to submit payment by check.
